I lost my wallet on august and someone used my markham card to purchase at thabong totalsport on the 24 august and i went to that shop, the very same day explained to them i lost wallet and got sms notifications about purchases. They advised me to make a affidavit and bring copy of my ID to put a complain, i did that on the 26 august providing all my documents that were required and filled up the dispute form. Till to these day the matter has not been dealt with, i keep on receiving payment SMS's and calls. Can please reslove that matter ASAP
