From June it is a battle to get the payments I made to reflect on my account. I do pay, always more than my instalment, but it does not show. William at the Menlyn branch help a lot but with the payments for June to August, he said a lot of the customers complained! But the payment form October does not show again. Now I received a sms to let me know I am in the arrears!! They charge me for sms fees, letters ect but their account department is to no good. I always do the payments via EFT and can't always go to the branch to pay or sort this stuff. It cost me petrol, time off from work, phone cost ect. to try to sort their incompotance. Fire the account department an appoint people who knows the job!
