Two acc, one customer, no payments reflect

I again received two statements:

100543963953

I made a payment last month IN TIME, my lines were still suspended. I received confirmation that this payment was allcoated correctly, still it does not reflect on my account at all, this after weeks.

DO NOT PHONE ME, SEND CONFIRMATION VIA EMAIL. Sort out your stuff, IF YOU CAN:
1. Should only have one account
2. Where is my payment from last month??? I show overdue on this statement.

I do not have any words about this. This is, i paid and someone took my payment, wonder in who's account i can find this
