I ORDERED AN ITEM FOR SOME ONE AS A GIFT..
I HAVE SPENT THOUSANDS WITH THEM PREVIOUSLY.
I RECVD AN SMS ON WED THE 11/12/2013 @ 8:27 AM ADVISING THAT MY ORDER WILL BE DELIVERED TODAY, SO I WAITED FOR MY ITEM..NO DELIVERY.. (A FULL DAY WASTED) I LEFT HOME AT 17:30 PM, AT 18:05 I RECVD AN EMAIL ADVISING THAT SOMEONE SIGNED FOR MY PARCEL. WHEN I RETURNED HOME I KNOCKED ON THE DOORS OF ALL MY NEIGHBOURS TO ASK FOR THIS PARCEL WHICH COST ME R1400... NO ONE HAS IT AND TAKELOT WAS CLOSED...
THE NEXT MORNING I CALLED TO ENQUIRE AFTER A SLEEPLESS NIGHT AS THAT IS A LOT OF MONEY ONLY TO BE ADVISED BY WASHEIDA (HELPFUL PERSON) THAT THERE WAS AN ERROR IN CAPTURE AND I ASKED HER TO PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE PARCEL BE DELIVERED ON THE 12/12/2013 BETWEEN 9 AM AND 10 AM..SHE CALLED THE COURIER AND COURIER CALLED ME TO TELL ME LATEST IS BETWEEN 10 AND 11..SO I UNDERSTOOD. WAITED TO RECEIVE PARCEL AND NOTHING RECEIVED @ 11:10 I HAD TO RETURN TO PRIOR ENGAGEMENTS.. HAD TO CALL THEM IN THE AFTERNOON TO FIND OUR THAT MY NEIGHBOUR HAS THE PARCEL..
WASTED ME AN ENTIRE DAY AND I COULD OF EARNED R2000 FOR THAT DAY IF I WORKED THAT I WASTED NOT FORGETTING ALL THE AIRTIME IT COST
