NON ALLOCATION OF INSTALMENTS

I made EFT payments to the bank account number which I received from the lady at the Branch (Rienie) in Secunda - I have made all my payments on my account through EFT.

Without any problems - but since June 2013 there was a major issue for them to allocate my payments on my bears account - I made a payment of R1600.00 via EFT and the payment was never allocated. I received numerous phone calls from all the different head offices - and spoke to loads of different people:

Dimakatso Tshabalala resolved the first issue of the R1600.00 which was not allocated, last month I made payment on the 27th August and forwarded the proof of payment to her - still by the beginning of September I received numerous phone calls stating my account is in arrears. After speaking to them and explaining that the account is up to date they still said my account is in arrears and that I should not through tantrums?? I will never in my life buy anything from BEARS again -and all the arrears interest are added to my account and not removed
