AUTOPAGE YOU OWN ME MONEY BUT BLOCK MY ACCOUNT???

After 6 months of sorting out a account, I still did not receive a recon on my account. They still deduct
money for using my phone that is cut off. Proof of payments was emailed and still no response. I have spoken to 6 different people AND THERE ATTITUDE IS NOT THERE PROBLEM PHONE THIS PERSON? and nobody do anything each one at the account telling me is not there department?

SO WHO IS WORKING AT THE FINANCIAL DEPARTMENT IF NOBODY CAN ASSIST YOU? BUT YOU DEDUCT 4 TIMES A MONTH MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT. AND NOW IT IS MY COST AND MY ACCOUNT SHOW IT IS BAD PAYMENTS BECAUSE OF YOU?

CAN ANY BODY PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHO I CAN GIVE IT OVER TO SORT IT OUT?

REDICULOUS IS NOT THE WORD?
