I bought a pair of black sued cavella's for R1345 at spitz sammy marks last friday, wore it once to a wedding on saturday, found out sunday that the name on the inside is smudged, now this is not the first pair of cavella's i bought at spitz therefore i know that this is not suppose to happen. Unfortunatly i cant find the slip to take it back, but now i'm wondering if the shoes was original. After always buying from Spitz i now have my doubts. Tried to call customer care but they cant assist me without the slip. A real bummer.
