Poor quality

I bought a lacoste at spitz cape town branch two months ago, its a white "leather" and fabric sneakers... I washed my pair for the very first time and the "leather" part became grey and it looks so ugly as I would never wear it again, however I paid R899.95 for that pair... I feel like my money went down the drain, spitz must just exchange the shoes with a better quality or jus refund me back
