I went to Spitz today to buy shoes, and there was a promotion which says buy one and get one free. after I've chosen the shoes that I want they say the shoes that I've chosen is not on promotion they mistakely put it on promotion. I phoned later on and I spoke to a lady by the name of Yayi and she said unfortunately they can not do anything on the price cause the shoes that I've chosen they mistakely put it on promo while it not.
what I like to know is, what that is suppose to do with a customer if they made the mistake. For them to make the mistake it not my fault. i should receive the shoe at the price advertised
Really I'm not happy about the service that they offer of making mistake and expect the customer to just listen on what they say.
