Arranged for rear windscreen to be replaced on a saturday after hail damage, get called to pick up the car and when i get there the smash n grab as well as the rubber isnt put on (how can this be ready for collection???). Thereafter requested to bring it in on a weekday, car went in on Friday morning and left there till Saturday, upon goin to fetch the car the smash n grab still isnt on... guess what im told??? ooops we forgot!!! and we will get a mobile unit to had it completed within the week... after numerous calls (calls are never returned when you leave a message!) i am guaranteed all is in order for Thursday morning... By thursday morning no one even calls to ask me where they need to come to have the smash n grab fitted let alone what shade is supposed to go on the car... after many calls im promised someone will be there and it will be completed before 3pm... and guess what... it was not!!...
Extremely infuriated with the service received and the incompetence displayed by the staff who are clueless about whats going on, they they tend to make promises they cannot keep!
