Hi Edgars. I would just like to point out that this past Saturday I had the most worst experience in one of your stores. I was mugged on Friday and I needed a backup phone. So I went into your store in N1 City. The lady who helped me there had really no knowledge about phones and when I asked if there is someone else who can help me me, she replied: "if you have a problem with how I do things then go buy a phone somewhere else". I was so shocked/upset that I just walked out of there. Her tone was so rude and purely unprofessional. How can a person like this represent a well respected company like yourself? How can I walk into that store ever again? I just live opposite the mall and I would think twice before even thinking about going back there! Yesterday I made a complaint on their Facebook. Yet nothing was done! This is truly the worst service possible!
