Pay for items wait 35 Min at dispatch - no stock

Bought tiles, paid for items, waited 35 minutes at dispatch and then the sales person comes around and states they no longer stock the item. It was on display, he checked on this pc and confirmed they had enough stock.

I paid for the tiles and the sales person did not state they didn't have stock and then you have waited 35 minutes.

Pathetic service and no assistance with this issue
