Lets focus on their stock this time round

I visited the branch today at 10:00 and wanted to buy a white formal shirt. It was a shocking experience. I could not see the sizes due to the fact that it had no organized look or feel. The shirts were not sorted and many of the bags were open and shirts were pushed in and dirty and bad.

I live in Kroonstad and have an Edgars account. So Edgars is asking of me to only shop at the Edgars stores outside for Kroonstad with the state this store is in. I did not complain to be branch staff due to the fact that the manager is never availible and the staff will not have an answer.

I also previously asked them to correct my initials as it is swapped around, this is not done.

Edgars, if you cannot greate the same experience in this store than in other stores, close it.
