To whom it may concern
On Sunday 26 May 2013, I went to your store to exchange Bronx Shoes size 10. Which I bought at Edgars Cape Gate for R499, as they never had my size 11 and advised me to do an exchange at Edgars Tygervalley which had my size 11 in stock. I went to collect at the customer care section at Tygervalley, opened the box to check if the product was correct, which seemed fine, until I arrived home and the security tag was still attached to the bottom shoe. I phoned your Tygervalley store and logged a complaint. The receptionist told me the manager of the customer care section is out on a break and will apologies and phone me back later. No-one has phoned me back since yesterday. I never shop at Edgars and yesterday was the first time I visited your shop. What would've happened if your security guard stopped me and accused me of shop lifting, when I walked out f the shop, with the security tag still in the box? I'm sure they would've phoned the police and embarress me in-front of my wife and children. The person that helped me had a no care attitude and never even bothered giving me the bag over the counter. Edgars I will never buy anything from your stores again!
