I applied for a contact at the newly opened PNP waterfront. It took more than a week for them to sort out the contract and get it activated. I had to follow up all the time with phonecalls. The staff member promised me a pouch for the inconvenience and today the manager just tells me that I cannot get the pouch. Its unbelievable how PNP Waterfront can promise a client something and not deliver and just feels nothing about it. I expected much better service from the manager and especially from PNP Waterfront but they dissappointed me. After more than one week and after all the drama i went through today the manager just says "Im sorry I cant get you a pouch" and thats it. I shouldve know better than to go to PNP for a Vodacom contract. Im very dissappointed in the non chalant manner this has been dealt with. PNP Waterfront must not promise a client something and not deliver. PNP Waterfront has lost a regular client. I hope someone at PNP will look into this matter much more seriously.
