Having been to many restaurants where a simple request of asking for something specific on the menu to be slightly changed I came to realize that at willoughby's in the waterfront it is not the case. The client is not king and the staff ill treats people where it actually became offensive
I would never visit willoughby's waterfront, Cape Town again and I would certainly never refer anyone to willoughby's either. Clint the bearded manager and Bella the waitress that stare down her nose at her customers thank you for making me appreciate the restaurants that do treat us as valued customers and not part of a production line.
