I am appalled at the PATHETIC SERVICE of Sportscene Waterfront an their INCOMPETANT sales people and management. I ordered a pair of takkies at this store on Tuesday 28/01/2014 because they were the only store that had my size and was told the order will be delivered to Sportscene at Zevenwacht Mall by Friday 31/01/2014. When I called Sportscene Waterfront to find out if my order was delivered they confirmed that my order was never place. The stupid manager tells me that because the sales person i spoke to was off sick the next day nobody else bothered to send the takkies via courier. Why was my order not sent the very same day I requested the takkies? The stupid Mananger also tells me that anyone can make a mistake instead of telling me they will try their best to accomodate me, by maybe sending one of their sales people to deliver the package themselves. Now i have to wait 3 to 4 working days for this order that was placed on the 28th already. So in total of 10 days for this order. I needed this shoes for 01/02/2014 as it was a present for my daughter on her birthday... now you have an unsatisfied client and a unhappy child because she wont get her gift on her birthday.
