Was assured my baby furniture would be delivered today 11/12/2103. Arranged for someone to be home all morning and I took the afternoon off to be at home to collect delivery in the afternoon.
By 13h00 there was no delivery, so I called only to be told, 'oh no - it wont be today'.
I said well thats a problem as I have arranged for someone to be at home and there wont be any one here thursday or friday. They cant deliver after friday because they close!!
So I am told - 'surely i can come out in my lunch time'
I dont take a frikken lunch time!! The attitude was unbelievable. She kept telling me my furniture was ready, i needed to make a plan for delivery!!
So frustrated. i must have my baby and have no furniture!
