I ordered furniture on Cielo Lifestyle online store. Before ordering I checked that they could deliver on Friday in McGregor. They confirmed they could and I placed my order. I received a call later in the week to confirm delivery and again was assured they would deliver on Friday. I took leave ob Friday to travel to McGregor fro Cape Town to receive the furniture.By 2:30pm they had not arrived and I phoned Cielo Lifestyle who said they would get back to me on delivery within five minutes. After an hour I phoned again as I had not had a response. Again, they said they would get back to me in five minutes. After an hour I called again as I had not had a response. This time they confirmed the delivery truck was on its way from Cape Town to McGregor and would be delivered today. I had planned to head back to Cape Town after taking delivery of the furniture, but agreed to wait until they arrived as the agent assured me they would deliver today. It is now 19h10 in evening and no sign of delivery truck. I am now seriously off as Cielo Lifestyle have not kept their word, have wasted my day and have seriously inconvenienced me. I still don't have my furniture.
