No one willing to take responsibility

Ordered and of course paid for two chairs on the 11th November 2013. Delivery was due 27th November. On the 28th I received a parcel - I said to the courier that there was no way there were two chairs in that parcel, so while he waited I opened the box to find one broken chair. He waited while I phoned Kalahari - spoke to Sizwe who told me I needed authorization to return, to let the courier go he would arrange. I told him I either wanted two chairs delivered or nothing at all. HE DID NOTHING!!! Next day spoke to Vincent who sent the link etc and pick up was due within 3 Days. Next spoke to some lady (didnt bother to ask) as she was adamant she would phone me back straight away. STILL NOTHING. Answered the survey giving details - STILL NOTHING - reviewed the product as requested (badly I might add ) - STILL NOTHING. Spoke to Paul who ACTUALLY phoned me back promising collection on 10 December - GUESS WHAT ITS THE 11th DECEMBER AND STILL HAVE ONE BROKEN CHAIR! PRECISELY ONE MONTH LATER!!! I have just phoned and asked to speak to someone above the call centre staff but was told that is not possible. VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
