Poor service delivery

Bought my fridge from them on the 09 Dec (Monday), was told that delivery couldn't't happen on Tuesday due to heavy rainfall which I understood. On Wednesday 11 Dec I got a call in the morning saying the fridge will be delivered today and they required directions to my house. At 5pm that day I call to enquire about delivery and was eventually contacted after several phone calls by a delivery person at 18:20 saying they are coming with my fridge. The entire day and night passed and no one arrived.

This is poor sales and customer relations. Furthermore the driver has no idea where I stay even though it is just 13kms from the mall. pick n lay should supply their drivers with gps systems. I cannot help a driver get to me if I don't know the area as well. I've just move to this neighbourhood.

Never experienced such poor service before combined with poor follow ups with a customer.
