I ordered a parcel earlier this week and delivery was indicated as 25 October. Phoned earlier today and was told that I will get the parcel before 12. Phoned the courier and was told that it is at the warehouse because the address is incomplete. Apparently it is because Kalahari didnt enter the complete address. Why doesnt anyone contact me?? The address is correct. Why are you waiting for the customer to call before you realise there is a problem. Free delivery is of no use if it isnt delivered! I want my parcel!!!
