We contacted beseated early in January, wishing to purchase 8 Caf? Chairs. On their recommendation we really liked 8 chairs, which they claimed they had in stock. On finalising the delivery cost and settling on a fair price that they agreed to, we received a message that they only had 7 in stock. Response time was super slow. After being promised that they would source another chair for us, we waited and contacted them and was promised a reply and waited yet again for any news from them. We then finally received an email after they sourced a chair, at the original price, but with a steep delivery fee. I managed to find the exact same chair, after confirming with beseated that they have 7 chairs in stock, ordered it and paid for it! After requesting an updated invoice for my 7 chairs, I received an sms "Bad news - we only have 4 chairs". The cowardly owner then blamed his wife who "sold the chairs late yesterday afternoon". He had the audacity to try and shift the blame onto us! Really?? After a confrontation the best he could come up with was "Sorry about that"! I'm sorry for YOU Sean... you should consider selling LAZY Boys instead... that's if you really have some in stock!
