Missing delivery date

I have ordered a parcel from Kalahari on 13/11/2013 before 12:00 - my parcels was 24hour delivery items and at the last minute it changed to 2 working details - never the less - payment was received and confirmed on 13/11/2013 - and on the same day at 19:46 dispatch of the parcel was confirmed
according to my invoice delivery date will be 15/11/2013.

I just spoke to Kalahari's call centre and now they said that delivery is on for the 19th

I am not 100% sure who's fault this is - is it Kalahari of the courier company that they use, either way - this is not acceptable, if the problem with the courier company, they should think about switching companies, as this is giving a bad experience to clients, expecting ordered parcels on a specific date.
