VERY BAD SERIVCE

I have been waiting over three weeks since i made an application for a bed. Everytime I call I just get told documents are still with head office. This is ridiculous your service is applaing. Considering I sent in all neccesary documents. I'm appalled. Three weeks?? seriously???
