Re: Purchase made at Macro on 07 December 2013 - photo frame digital
On Saturday the 7 December I purchased a photo frame from Macro Strubens Valley for R379.00, after receiving a gift voucher of R550.00 from my company.
When I got home, I noticed the photo frame was not working, so decided to pop into Game Bellairs on Sunday morning to receive a credit so I can purchase something else.
I spoke to customer services and a manager who could not assist me, as the Game is less than a km from my house, as I live on Bellairs Drive.
So I had to make a trip back to Macro Strubens Valley thanks to the staff at Game who could not assist me.
When I explained to the lady how is it possible that the gift card you can use at Macro or Game even though it has a Macro logo on, but you cannot exchange products, does not make sense.
She said sorry, we can not help.
In this case I will not be purchasing again from Game as you always seem to have problems, as nothing is ever clear.
Staff not interest to assist.
