In December I opened a game account and was given the necessary info regarding the game account or so I thought. I was told a voucher would be mailed in due course, it's a more than a month now and no word from game except for a statement kind of letter I was sent. So I decided to go instore to find out what happening and was told by Zia that I need to make a purchase first before game is going to send my voucher. So she tells me that to satisfy me she is going to call the call Centre but it's going to be pointless because they going to tell me the same thing but much to my surprise I was told I don't need to make a purchase but more like incompetent staff who didn't include my voucher in my correspondence from games side, so please tell my why me as a client has to suffer from incompetent staff and what is game going to do to rectify the issue as I'm still without my voucher a month and a half later all the while making as if I am the wrong party.
