On the 18th July 2013, my wife took my gold chain in to American Swiss (Queenstown branch, Nonesi Mall) to have it repaired. The shop assistant named "Bruke" assisted my wife and according to my wife Bruke looked as if she had a bit of an attitude. She then promised my wife that she will contact my wife regarding how long it will take and the charge. My wife never received a phone call and constantly had to go into the branch to request feedback. Each time the assistant would say that they would phone my wife with feedback. This never happened. Eventually I went with my wife to find out what was going on, and "Bruke" was on duty and CLEARLY she has an ATTITUDE. she looked at us as if to say that we are bothering her. There was another young lady (Also an American Swiss Employee) and her service was AMAZING!!! Unfortunately I do not know her name, but she greeted us with a big smile and was more than prepared to assist us. After Bruke told us that she will phone us to tell us if the chain had arrived, this other young lady went to the back and found my repaired chain and proceeded to assist us. She dealt with us as if we were VIP clients. Clearly Bruke needs an Attitude check.
