More Bad Service at PostNet in Sanridge!

Both my wife and myself have used the services of PostNet at other malls and to date we were pleased with the service that we received. However after a recent visits to the PostNet in Sanridge Square, my attitude and perception about PostNet has drastically deteriorated to such a point that i may never wish to use PostNet ever again!

After our first visit to the store, we paid for an overnight courier service to Durban. Firstly we were misinformed from the assistant and we paid an expensive price for service that we did not need!! Furthermore, it is now three weeks and the parcel as still not delivered to the right address. So basically the overnight delivery counted for nothing anyway!

Today my wife speaks to a lady by the name of Seema (the manager of the store). When my wife spoke to Seema, she could not provide my wife with a valid enough reason as to why the delivery service was not completed and in addition, she was extremely rude to my wife! I truely don't believe that Seema is competent enough to be deemed a Manager of the store.

Besides the above mentioned incident, i am also concerned about been quoted different prices for exactly the same service!
