My fiance surprised me by asking me to be his wife. In order for that to happen, he needed a ring, which he got from STERNS Piet Retief but STERNS only sells ONE size (P) meaning it had to have it resized (went from P-K.5). Took to Greenstone. OCTAVIA was the one that assisted us - note to HER - dont wear the rings that have not been worn by the recipient yet - she thought it cool to have MY NEW ring on her finger whilst helping us!!! Resizing is R400 and to solder 2 bands together is an extra R900, total of R1150.? Why do we have to pay for resizing if STERNS only carries one size??? How can you justify paying so much to solder to bands together. How pathetic is that. All these hidden costs and yet all they demand is for us to PAY PAY PAY. I warn people against this, as we have been caught as fools and quite sadly so! The GREENSTONE store assistants are truly the most rude, unaccommodating people you will ever deal with - shape up - the customer is always right! Learn some manners as well as how to deal with people that spend money in your shop - your bread and butter! LIVID AND MAD! #frustratedmuchhellyes
