After purchasing a Go Pro camera from Menlyn i needed a micro sd memory card, the person assisting me (who should have been familiar with the product) retrieved a standard sd card, the price of the card is R1000, I purchased the camera and card not knowing they where not compatible. The next day I realized the mistake, after returning to the store for a refund i was told that they are unable to refund the money directly and I would have to wait at least 48 hours for the payment to be done, they also informed me that there would be a 15% penalty due to the product being opened. This mistake was made by them not knowing what their products are and now due to their mistake I lose money.
