I live in Zimbabwe and am a big fan of Mr Price. I was very pleased when I learnt that I could shop online with Mr Price. I placed an order for five goods as a trial run on the 7th of December and was duly informed tht my order had been shipped on the 10th of December. It's been a month now and I haven't received my order yet according to the information on their website express orders are delivered within 3-4 days. I tried chatting online with one of the cusomer service consultants named Charles but he never responded to my queries. It is rather frustrating and disappointing to be given appalling service of this nature by a respectable company like Mr P. I will never dare to buy anything online from Mr Price again, they are not trustworthy!!!
