When I received my YDE card it said Mrs and not Miss, so I went to Melrose store to rectify this, I filled in a form and everything, now 6 weeks later I have not heard of any progress of my new card and I still receive msgs as Mrs Bissett. Also I changed my payment method to debit order and now I don't receive statements anymore? This is very unpleasant
