I bought my Prada Sunglasses in January this yr (2013) and the part of the temple broke. Went to Sunglasses hut in Canal Walk cape Town and was told that they don't accept repairs anymore i must call the call center and they gave me a number which was incorrect by the way. Eventually after speaking to the call center, they sent a courier to collect my glasses for "assessment" on the (20th November 2013). On Friday the 22nd of November i get an email saying Warranty assessment DENIED, even though my terms and conditions on my receipt says otherwise. I spent R2000 on glasses that are not covered by warranty for Defects!! on top of that they say i must use their repair to fix my glasses as if they haven't used enough of my money!! Do they think i'm stupid?? even if i repair the glasses it wont be with them, they are a bunch of!! I will never ever go to their store again!! PEOPLE BE WARNED! they will always find a way of not paying.
