I bought a pair of sunglasses in November, in December the lenses were damaged after a car bike rack fell onto me. I managed to call customer care regarding the warranty and was told to complete the form and return by email. I have not heard anything back from Sunglasses Hut. This was after the store didn't know how the warranty work and couldn't help. I would like my glasses replaced or lenses replaced as per warranty.
