The shelf fell straight to the bottom of the oven when any pan/dish/etc was put on it. Kelvinator are impossible to contact via their website and only after 9 phone calls were any management who were not in interminable meetings contacted. The replacement unit they sent contained the same problem as the first one did. Again a lack of quality control since the second unit was not tested before it was installed. 10 days passed and today, only after the Consumer Complaints Council of Gauteng (who are excellent) were contacted did any reaction result. Now awaiting results. Time will tell.
