Received excellent service from Game. Willie contacted me on 14 June and informed me that there was a problem with a Kelvinator technician in our area. However Kelvinator agreed to give the store a credit. I visited Game on 15 June, was given a credit and bought the exact same dishwasher.
Thank you Game and Kelvinator - not only for the quick response to my complaint but also for resolving it so quickly.
