Repair centre responce

I returned my ice maker for the second time to the store in mooirivier mall. The person from the repair centre for Water Well (Andries) told me that they would pick up the machine as soon as they got the call. I could not take it in because I had to be elsewhere on Saturday. I made special arrangements with my mother to take it in for me. I phoned on Monday to confirm that everything was in order. Elzani told me that everything was on track and that she made arrangents arrangementsfor the machine to be picked up. I thought that Andries would be good to his word and that I would have my machine back before the weekend. I went to the store today (Thursday as I was in the mall. Elzani said that she did speak to the repair centre again and that they would possibly pick it up on Monday (9 days later!!!)
This really is not acceptable, if you make a promise, better keep it -especially as it is the second time with the same problem.
I am sick of the service from House & Home and the repair centre. I will only buy something from them if it is less than R100 then I can throw it against the wall if it breaks down. No sense in taking it in for repairs.
