Week 1, called on their services to repair my toploader washing machine, machine "repaired" and I had to EFT their money whilst their staff stood by me. Week 2, machine breaks again, same problem, they arrive again, "repair machine". Again charged a fee, again EFT. Week 3, machine breaks again, same problem, contact their office, engage with the owners wife, offered me a refund several times but I advised would it not be best to come and check the machine, I then got a phone call from the owner, whose open line to me is "don't blow a gaskit", I asked him to come at 6pm, can only come at 7pm, I asked 8/9am, says no only 10am. I then asked for a refund and advised him I didnt appreciate his tone/comment. Total cost of repair = R1250, Refund offered R700, charging me 54% of the bill for a repair never done effectively! DAYLIGHT . I asked him to be here at 10am to repair, doesn't pitch and then offers to come the next day at 10h30. No respect or regard for his customer. Also note he charged R100 p/h more than his website quotes. What a pity such service providers still exist in our country. Trust no one has the misfortune we have suffered.
