I entered a Competition at the Pick 'n Pay Bottle Store in Flora Centre. On Thursday (2013-01-10) I received a Call from Graham (071 360 3141), telling me that I won the Competition, and can collect the New Ice Maker from the branch in Flora Centre. I was given Sipho's name. On arrival at the branch, Sipho was not there, and they could not find the Ice Maker. After searching for more than half an hour, they brought the Display Ice Maker. The box was torn, because they tried to force the Ice Maker in the wrong way around (the polestirene broken as well). There was a scartch on the machine as well. No Letter to state that I won. I overlooked this, and took the machine home. At home I discovered that there was no Power cable, and no booklet. I took the machine back, and asked the lady on duty to ask Sipho to give me a call the next day. He did not. I called him on 011 672 0404. He told me that he will contact SA Breweries to sort out this problem, and let me know. He never came back to me. I phoned again Today. Sipho was not there, but I spoke to Portia. She said that the cable was in the drawer of the machine. Not true, as I did check it in front of my son, and the drawer was empty
