Incompetent Cashiers

Killarney Edgars is one of the worst branches i have ever shopped at. The ques always long and theres always a lack of staff to help. I returned a few items over a week ago and the cashier struggled to perform a refund transaction. After many times of trying to reverse the transaction on my card, she said that the refund had gone through and the money would reflect in 24 hours. I waited 4 days and returned to the store to inform them that the money was still not reflecting in my accoung. I was told to bring my bank statement!!! My statement if my confidential information and i dont feel comfortable handing it in to Edgars. Can someone please assist me in getting the simple process of a refund processed. You may call me for specific details. Surely you can check on the system if the transaction was processed or not.
