I tried to buy a Kobo E-Reader on my account which had more than enough funds available. Apparently then they had to get authorization. The guy called someone, and I was left standing there for fifteen minutes with no feedback. Needless to say I decided NOT to buy anything!
If CNA does not want to sell their products I really couldn't care less.
I will be buying another brand from somewhere else.
