This must be the worse service from a Spar that I have ever received.
I am a PA and do a lot of buying as I am obviously responsible for my division's catering. All I wanted was a quote to be emailed to me, and I spoke to someone called Lenny the third time I phoned as I was transferred to the incorrect person twice before.
The third time I held on for fifteen minutes to speak to someone who could quote me on bulk buying and I'm still holding as I am typing.
This is the kind of service that I have ever received from a supplier. And I don't want an apology. I want to be compensated for my company's time that's being wasted.
