I am truly disgusted with the service and attitude I received today. My mother, sister and I went to this restaurant for sushi, which couldn't have been a more horrible experience. Firstly, the waitress only took my mother's order and left. Then when she came back twenty minutes later, I told her that my sister and I were still waiting to place our order. She said "okay" and then walked away again! When she eventually came back another ten minutes later, she took the order. I asked her if the restaurant made a certain type of sushi, and she didn't even know what I was talking about. She took the order, then left. My mom's order (which was small and not even slightly complicated, took 40 minutes to arrive. She had already finished eating fifteen minutes before my order arrived, and my sister had to wait an additional twenty minutes after that for her order. We complained to the manager, who assured us that he would sort it out and pay special attention to us because of the shocking service. We didn't see him again after that. All the waitresses were standing outside the restaurant doing absolutely nothing the entire time we were there. This restrestaurant will NEVER see me again!
