I burst is the worst company i have ever come across on all levels!!!
Their products DO NOT work and when it doesnt they sell you more products, also beware the sales people, they LIE!!!
I changed from a pro 10 account to uncapped wireless and took a icall account for business reasons, first no one told me that i have to have a separate modem and account for icall and because you cant have two things run off the uncapped wireless account, i was told i have to get another account, the salesperson never told me this when selling me this serive, according to Thembi, i could run everything off the uncapped wireless account.
I refused to keep the pro 10 account going as i saw no reason to be buying more band width when i already had UNCAPPED WIRELESS, to make a long story short after much expense, no clients being able to reach me and when they do they cant hear me, so many furious clients later, plus a 2 thousand rand cellphone bill as i couldn't use my apparently inexpensive icall service, i burst continued deducting payments for the pro 10 account and uncapped wireless account, when i found out, i asked them to reimburse me, their response was no!!
NEVER SIGN WITH IBURST!!!
