I have just arrived back from Blue Route mall where I spent R1000 at Mr Price Home, only to discover that one of my items that I paid for was not packed in (customers are, of course, not able to pack their own goods). When I called to enquire whether the item could be delivered to my house as it was through no fault of my own that it was not packed, not only did I receive attitude from the lady that answered the phone, but all I got was, "Sorry, I don't have a car so I can't deliver it". There was no attempt to find a solution and I will have to go fetch my own item, which is an inconvenience in terms of both distance and time. After spending so much money at the store, I expected better service delivery from Mr Price Home.
