Costant poor service at this branch

About 2 or 4 Months ago visited this branch and almost purchased a KOBO Reader. i held it in my hands. Unfortunately I decided not to. Then, a few weeks ago I went to this branch specifically to purchase this product. I was told that firstly they never stocked this item and secondly they had no idea what I was talking about. There was an insinuation that I was disturbed. This conclusion took a considerable effort as there was no one in the store prepared to assist. Then, Monday, 23 September I go back to the store to purchase a few items. I notice the advert on the window for the KOBO Reader. Not in stock, no idea when it will arrive. I ask If I may reserve one. I am told I may. I then try to purchase rechargeable batteries. The shop assistants are pathetic. Do not even know how to identify them. The store manager, Barbara, is incapable of good service and this reflects on the attitude of her staff. No one took my details for the KOBO Reader. There were a few other issues that were appalling. I left the store, when i turned around to ask if they wanted my details, they were clearly joking over the incident. There is more to this. Please call me to get the detail
