I would just like to commend Elson Selinda from Pick and Pay Hyper Montana for his excellent service.

My Kobo touch e-reader had started malfunctioning and after trying to fix it with factory resetting etc, I finally gave up and took it in to the store where I had bought it.

Elson promptly assisted me and exchanged my kobo touch e-reader with a new one.
