Kobo Pricing Difference and no Feedback

The Kobo Glo was advertised on the P'nP website [URL Removed] for R1, 399.00. At the waterfront store the price was R1, 499.90. I queried this with the manager and after calling the support desk he still had no answer as to why there is a difference between what's advertised and to what is in store. He checked the terms and conditions and found nothing to explain this.

I decided to make my purchase online and was redirected from the P'nP website to their online shop there the price yet again different to that of the the advert. I sent my query to the email address provided by their customer care agent after calling again. They came back to me saying they cannot find the page I was referring to I had several people check the original link and it was displayed there for all to see. I was asked to send screen shots to prove that I am not lying. This morning I checked the page again and it was now blank, this shows me they found the problem. I sent another email and still have not had any feedback.
