No delivery and worst customer services

I bought a bed for R1999 cash on 4th of December and promised delivery the following and Jonanna asked for R120 for delivery since their delivery vehicle is broken and i did gave her the money. On 5 December i found out the bed was not delived because the R120 was too little. I told her i will organise a vehicle myself and she told me the bed is not at the store but somewhere in Kalfontein. I was so upset and asked for branch manager to demand my money back but she said i must be careful with the manager because she is rude. I insisted on speaking to manager. The manager i refered to, Nompumelelo came up with some sorts of excuses and said i cant get my money back they have banked already and promised me the bed will be delivered today (6 december) before 12 AND ASKED ME TO PAY R150 DELIVERED WHICH I DID. Today i called to check and Nompumelelo told me the bed is not delivered and she was so rude and said i can come collect my money. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW, NO EXCUSES!
